YOGA

Yoga, like martial arts, creates a balance of emotions and a peace of mind, a sharpened intellect and a stronger body. A regular routine of practicing yoga is perfect for relieving the stress of everyday life, and will reap long term benefits that have changed the lives of thousands.

5 PRINCIPALS OF YOGA:

  1. Relaxation- Releases tension in the muscles caused by daily stress, and helps to calm
    the mind.
  2. Asanas- The postures (or poses) practiced in yoga stretch, strengthen, and tone your
    muscles, and fortify bones and ligaments to keep the entire body more flexible.
  3. Pranayama- The breathing exercises in yoga creates a deeper state of relaxation while
    increasing lung capacity and organ health.
  4. Nourishing diet- A balanced and nutritious diet will strengthen the entire body,
    including the immune system.
  5. Positive Thinking- Thinking positively can have a profound impact on a person’s life,
