Our Taekwondo Classes meet twice a week at all locations and is optionally available Saturdays as an add-on at the Middletown location. This class is open to everyone age 7 through Adult and teaches a family friendly style of Taekwondo. All classes are scheduled as 2 month sessions, with optional rank testing available at the end of each session.
