$0 Change Fee = You had approval from Mission Martial Arts before missing the last test (examples: confirmed illness, injury, etc.)

$10 Change Fee = You chose to miss the last test for personal reasons (examples: you chose another activity, you were a no show at test, you arrived late or at the wrong time and missed your test, etc.)
