BO STAFF TEAMHave you always wanted to learn a martial arts weapon? This is your chance! Open to all taekwondo students, yellow belt and above. Students will learn the Bo Staff from curriculum developed by multi-time world champion competitor Jackson Rudolph. Class will begin with basic holds and strikes and progress to more advanced moves.
Spots are limited. Classes meet once a week. Bo Staff team members wear a team t-shirt and and practice on Saturdays at 9AM. A minimum 2 month commitment is all that's required. This is not a demonstration team, so attendance is flexible. Equipment fees due with application. Monthly training fee will occur separately. PAY MONTHLY $70 / month |
